The hills made it harder than I think it should be. Feeling tired, sore legs and some kind of headache. Since the last run of 2 hours felt the same, I don´t know what to do: cutting back again or going through?
65' easy Legs and overall well-being are good again. Will practise intermittent fasting for a while because I'm still too heavy. Made good experiences in the past.
Came into a thunderstorm without rainjacket. It was scary and fulfilling at once to feel the power of nature. I felt free like a bird, one of the best runs of my life!
