Nice solid week Martin. Strides are a great way to keep up speed without beating yourself up. I need to get back in doing them a couple times each week.

Rhett: you´re right. Since I´m a very speedy and injury-prone runner, I am very careful with strides. Once a week is enough (for me) and I´m just running up to 3-5k tempo, if any.
Tom: absolutly. I have to be very patient and believe in my training.
