I was dizzy several times at work because of the heat, so I ran extremly relaxed. Maybe I should do more often! 😉

Martin - Be careful out there in the heat! My very best advice for running in the heat is, be sure that you are hydrated! I carry a 16 oz bottle of water or sports drink on every run, even the short ones!

Tom, thank you! I bought 2 x 16 oz bottles I can carry with gloves at the insight of my hands. I don't even have to hold them. Also it got cooler again, but I will have to be careful still!
