The hills made it harder than I think it should be. Feeling tired, sore legs and some kind of headache. Since the last run of 2 hours felt the same, I don´t know what to do: cutting back again or going through?

Yo Martin, are you running with a goal race in mind or just running? If you have a goal race in mind, are you running with a specific training schedule adapted for your goal? Just wondering?

Tom, I will run Frankfurt Marathon in October. In this build-up I will run 2 or 3 10k-races and a halfmarathon. Since I didn´t race since September 2017, I am running by feel at the moment, even in tempo-runs. When the shorter races are done, I will decide what I wanna run in Frankfurt. So for the summer, you´re right, I am just running. But I think I need to do some longer runs to be prepared when the specific training startes in August.
